This group class has been designed around Latin styles. The numerous steps can get anyone ready to dance at the night club, live music venues, weddings or cruises.

At 3 years old, he took his first steps onto the dance floor and never looked back. Dancing has had such a positive influence in his life and it brings him pure joy to help others to experience the same feeling. Diego started teaching at Arthur Murray in 2006 and quickly became one of the top instructors. He later became an industry leader in management which lead to his becoming as independent instructor.
Throughout his career in the Dance Industry, he has won numerous awards and recognition. His passion and love for dance inspires both on and off the dance floor!
Diego is also available for private lessons, individual or wedding day dances.

MOVE.EVOLVE.SHAKE.SCULPT … A mindful approach to training hard and feeling centered. Movements are carefully curated and inspired by how our bodies are meant to move. Each 50 minute MESS training session is a unique experience with an intentional playlist and meant to encourage clients to find the beauty in working just outside their comfort zones. Through sections that include dynamic stretching, light plyometrics, core activation, aerobic movement choreography, resistance training and high repetition calisthenics clients will experience a change that restores balance and invigorates.

ABOUT AMBER: Amber is a former professional dancer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She holds a BFA from the University of the Arts in Dance performance and holds several certifications including NASM, AFFA Group Exercise, Practical Pilates, Schwinn and Mad Dogg.

For mammas-to-be, post-natal, and any other women who would like to join!
This is a gentle yoga class focusing on areas of the body that ask for extra attention during pregnancy. Each class is tailored for the women in the room and their specific needs and desires. This is a Semi-Private class, (five students maximum) so that each woman can receive personalized attention and support.
Come to move, breathe, open the body in preparation for labor and delivery, and simply to connect with other women.
All stages of pregnancy welcome.

Postnatal yoga class BYOB (or without)!
This is a slow flow, alignment based Vinyasa class with emphasis on reintegration of the core and pelvic floor muscles. There will be opportunities to play with baby or to leave them resting on the blanket.
Come to move, breathe, and connect with other new moms in the area.
You are welcome to come as soon as your healthcare provider feels you are ready (~6-8 weeks postpartum).

ABOUT TAWNA: Tawna is from California with an Undergraduate Degree from The University of California at Santa Cruz and a Master's Degree from The University of Michigan. She has an unfailing faith in the human spirit, which enables her to make any environment intellectually, artistically and environmentally safe as well as interesting. Her positive nature and genuine interest in the lives of the people around her brings her great joy and she wants to spread that joy through dance.
Tawna has choreographed over 13 musicals, cabarets and reviews throughout California, Michigan and New York. She's won Best Choreographer awards for both “Chicago” and “West Side Story” and is thriving for more experience performing, producing and creating choreography.
