At 3 years old, he took his first steps onto the dance floor and never looked back. Dancing has had such a positive influence in his life and it brings him pure joy to help others to experience the same feeling. Diego started teaching at Arthur Murray in 2006 and quickly became one of the top instructors. He later became an industry leader in management which lead to his becoming as independent instructor.
Throughout his career in the Dance Industry, he has won numerous awards and recognition. His passion and love for dance inspires both on and off the dance floor!
Diego is also available for private lessons, individual or wedding day dances.

Welcome to Maluki Maestro Adult Ballet Class! Women and Men are very welcome to take the class.
Description and features taught during each class:
*Barre: Barre work is important for all ballet dancers, right from the beginning class until professional levels. Ballet barre acts as a key element the strengthen the muscles and develop the technique for the entire time as a ballet dancer.
*Ballet Terms and Positions: Most of the terminology used in ballet dance is French. The words and phrases describing ballet are descriptions of the actions taking place.
*Turnout is an essential part of classical ballet technique. Barre work is fundamental to start improving Turnout.
*Music and Ballet steps: integration of music and ballet steps is essential in classical ballet.
*Self-Expression: Ballet is a powerful form of self-expression.

WITH DANIELLA PANTOLIANO, YOGA INSTRUCTOR RYT
BIO: Daniella Pantoliano is a 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor, aspiring writer and filmmaker. Her enthusiastic energy, creativity and playfulness make her yoga classes enjoyable for all levels and ages.
Daniella fell in love with yoga because it is a practice that can never be mastered; it is constantly evolving and challenging you mentally, physically and spiritually. Her strong belief is that the yoga practice is a mirror for the human experience. She hopes to share this belief with her students inspiring them to deepen their mental, physical and spiritual practice on and off the mat.
Daniella completed her 200 hour training with Pavana Yoga Studios.
Her mantra … “to deeply connect with your soul, you have to first kick some asana.”

For mammas-to-be, post-natal, and any other women who would like to join!
This is a gentle yoga class focusing on areas of the body that ask for extra attention during pregnancy. Each class is tailored for the women in the room and their specific needs and desires. This is a Semi-Private class, (five students maximum) so that each woman can receive personalized attention and support.
Come to move, breathe, open the body in preparation for labor and delivery, and simply to connect with other women.
All stages of pregnancy welcome.
POST-NATAL (BYOB) SCHEDULE
STARTING JANUARY, 19th
SATURDAYS: 8:45am - 9:45am
Postnatal yoga class BYOB (or without)!
This is a slow flow, alignment based Vinyasa class with emphasis on reintegration of the core and pelvic floor muscles. There will be opportunities to play with baby or to leave them resting on the blanket.
Come to move, breathe, and connect with other new moms in the area.
You are welcome to come as soon as your healthcare provider feels you are ready (~6-8 weeks postpartum).
