PEACEFUL WARRIORS (7-12 YEARS OLD)
Yoga is greatly beneficial to kids of this age. At a time where children have less opportunity to be active because of school and other commitments, Yoga can help them maintain flexibility and strength. They build self confidence, body awareness and a greater sense of self through the practice of more challenging poses. Through the use of breathing and visualization techniques kids learn to improve concentration and focus that they can bring into their everyday lives.
